The 800 St. Mary’s development team recently celebrated the grand opening of their Raleigh, NC multi-family project. They were joined by investors, new tenants, and the property’s leasing team. The project features a mix of 65 high end apartments and townhome units. 800 St. Mary’s offers walkability to Fred Fletcher Park, Cameron Village Shopping Center, and Glenwood South. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, terrace and coffee lounge. Selwyn Property Group Partner, Grey Poole, lead the development for this project.
