Excitement continues to grow about MoRA Point, Selwyn Property Group and SunCap Property Group’s retail redevelopment currently under construction in East Charlotte. This 13-acre site is anchored by a 22,000 square-foot Aldi grocery store that is expected to open in early 2019. Upon project completion, this development will also offer an additional 80,000 square feet of retail space. Starbucks, Supercuts, and Verizon have all signed on to lease space at the project. Each of these tenants is expected to open in the fall of 2018. The development team is committed to bring fresh retailers to an under-served but growing area.
