Grey Poole
Grey focuses on the development, brokerage, and leasing of office, medical office, and infill residential projects. Previous experience includes serving as a partner at Mark Pierce Poole Properties (2001-2008), senior vice president of Trammell Crow Company (1998-2000) and director of office leasing at Faison Associates (1992-97). Grey, along with Patrick Pierce and Jensie Teague, founded Selwyn Property Group in 2009. Since his first industry position at Childress Klein Properties in 1990, Grey has been responsible for the development of several million square feet of office, medical office, retail, and infill residential properties.
Grey graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Virginia. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina and is the Past President of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Projects that Grey has been involved with include 605 Lexington Avenue (20,000 square foot infill boutique office building in Charlotte), 800 St. Mary’s (65-unit infill multi-family project in Raleigh), Canopy Real Estate Institute Headquarters Office Building (60,000 square foot office building in Charlotte), 1500 Kenilworth (8-unit infill townhome project in Charlotte), Park at Drexel (infill boutique apartment project in Charlotte), OrthoCarolina Medical Office Building (Charlotte), Dabney Exchange Retail Development (Henderson), 121 West Trade Street formerly Interstate Tower (Charlotte).

Patrick Pierce
Patrick specializes in acquisition, development, leasing and asset management of manufacturing and distribution facilities, along with flex and business park space. He brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role at Selwyn Property Group, including leasing of more than ten million square feet of distribution and manufacturing space.
A former CPA, Patrick is a graduate of Millikin University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Patrick began his real estate career at Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte. He was a partner with Childress Klein Properties when he left to co-found MarkPierce Properties in 1999, which subsequently became MarkPiercePoole Properties. Patrick, along with Jensie Teague and Grey Poole, founded Selwyn Property Group in 2009.
Projects that Patrick has been involved with include Kannapolis Gateway Business Park (Kannapolis), Woodland Business Park (Charlotte), NorthPark (Charlotte), Brookwood Business Park (Charlotte), Arrowridge South Business Park (Charlotte), Pinebrook (Charlotte), Waterford Business Park (Rock Hill), Interchange Business Park (Charlotte) and Commerce Business Park (Charlotte).
Patrick has been named the Industrial Broker of the Year by the Carolina Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CRCBR), as well as a Top Producer in the Developer/Industrial category. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Jensie Teague
Jensie has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, acquisitions, finance, and has developed, redeveloped and acquired over 20 million square feet of properties of all types including grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use villages, power centers, regional malls, and urban infill mixed use projects.
An honors graduate of Washington & Lee University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, M.B.A., he spent 17 years as Senior Managing Director for Faison Associates and Trammell Crow Company. He serves on the Board of Directors for Burroughs and Chapin Company, a private REIT, where he has chaired the Strategic Planning Committee and serves on the Investment Committee. He also serves on the Board of Central Realty Holdings, a private diversified real estate development and investment company in Greenville, SC.
Jensie is a member of the ICSC and Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. He has served as Board Chair Charlotte Preschool Partnership, Board Chair of the Central Avenue Bilingual School, Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Executive Board of Thompson’s Child and Family Focus, and the Operations Committee of Goodwill of the Southern Piedmont . He currently serves on the Board of Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest and Virginia Episcopal School.

Roger Cobb
Roger began his real estate career in 1998 and has brokered office, medical office, industrial, retail, land, and investment transactions. While he primarily focuses on owners and tenants in the greater Midtown submarket, he has significant experience representing office tenants and landlords throughout the Charlotte area. In addition, Roger has also brokered deals throughout the Southeast, as well as Texas, and California.
Roger grew up in Charlotte and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1988. He spent ten years with First Union National Bank before joining NAI Southern Real Estate. During his fourteen years at NAI, Roger brokered hundreds of transactions and spent five years as broker-in-charge managing brokerage operations. Roger has been a full time broker/consultant since joining Selwyn Property Group in 2012.
Roger is a past president of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors® and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. He previously chaired the Board of Directors of Right Moves For Youth, and he served on the Emeritus Board of both the YWCA of the Central Carolinas and the Men’s Shelter of Charlotte. Over the last 20 years, Roger has served on several committees at Christ Episcopal Church. Roger coached youth soccer and basketball teams for 10 years and currently enjoys golfing and fishing in his free time.

Jon Phillips
Jon has over 22 years of experience in real estate and related industries. He has a unique broad-based experience across the entire spectrum of the real estate development and acquisition processes. In various progressive roles, Jon has been successful in managing turnkey developments from concept through asset management and divestiture for a multitude of asset types. His experience includes site selection, due diligence, underwriting, financial analysis, capitalization, acquisition, entitlement, leasing, vertical development, construction, asset management and divestiture of numerous real property types with a focus on industrial properties nationwide, including the NAIOP Seattle Chapter Industrial Development of the Year in 2013.
Jon earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Prior to joining Selwyn, Jon worked with SunCap Property Group in Charlotte where he developed and acquired over 8.2 million square feet of product across the country at a cumulative valuation of over $1.4 billion. He has also worked in development with Lauth Property Group, in finance with Deloitte and Standard & Poor’s and he began his career in construction with Fluor Corporation.

Sink Kimmel
Sink grew up in Rock Hill, SC and has witnessed the greater Charlotte area transform over the past several decades into one the country’s most sought after economic engines and commercial real estate markets for businesses.
Sink joined Selwyn Property Group in early 2020 after seven years with The Nichols Company Commercial Real Estate. While there, he gained invaluable local market experience representing numerous buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords of retail, office, and industrial properties. He has worked with several infill multi-family developers, as well as retailers, to identify sites in emerging growth corridors for ground up development or adaptive reuse of existing structures. His favorite aspects of the business include the relationships formed through working with clients to realize their visions while positively impacting economic growth and long-term community development.
Sink is a member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors and holds real estate licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Outside of work, Sink enjoys spending time with his wife, Meg, their daughter, Raleigh and their yellow lab, Ella. They are active members of Hope Community Church in Charlotte. Other interests including running, road biking, mountain biking, fly fishing and anything outdoor adventure related.

Liz Walker
Liz joined the Selwyn Property Group team in early 2015. Originally from Sarasota, Florida, she is a graduate of Florida State University. At Selwyn Property Group, Liz acts as a Broker Associate, with a focus on the Midtown submarket. In Addition, Liz oversees the company’s marketing endeavors.
Previously, Liz worked at Legacy Real Estate Advisors. At Legacy, she received beneficial exposure to the Charlotte Commercial Real Estate Market and worked alongside the partners to promote the growth of the firm.
Liz is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, CREW, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
