The two Class A core retail assets totaled 19,206 square feet and were leased to stable market leading tenants including Starbucks, Verizon Wireless, Supercuts, IORA Health and others. The properties are located at the intersection of Monroe Road and Idlewild Road in the heart of the rapidly transforming Monroe Road corridor. SPG was able to secure an off market transaction that exceeded its projections and led to strong financial returns for the partnership. The buyer, P&P Capital, LLC was represented by Aaron Ligon of Ascent Real Estate Partners.
