The total transaction value exceeded $4,000,000. Henry Lobb with Avison Young represented the buyer, Trammel Crow, who will develop a speculative 755,928 square foot industrial building on the site, known as Metro 63 Logistics Center. Construction will commence this month, with anticipated delivery planned for August 2022.
