Selwyn, in partnership with CIP Real Estate, delivered 240,000 SF of Class A speculative industrial product in the fourth quarter of 2024 in Rock Hill, SC. Selwyn Waterford consists of two industrial buildings located on 25 acres with easy access to I-77. As of July 2025, the project is fully leased to a mix of national distributors and international manufacturers with tenant sizes ranging from 28,000 SF to 128,000 SF.
