Sink grew up in Rock Hill, SC and has witnessed the greater Charlotte area transform over the past several decades into one the country’s top commercial real estate markets and regions for economic development.
Sink joined Selwyn Property Group in 2020 after seven years with The Nichols Company Commercial Real Estate where he gained invaluable local market experience representing numerous buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords of retail, office, and industrial properties. He has worked with several infill multi-family developers and retailers to identify sites in emerging growth corridors for ground up development or adaptive reuse of existing structures. His favorite aspects of the business are the relationships formed with clients while helping them achieve property goals and positively impacting economic growth for long-term community development.
Sink is a member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors and holds real estate licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Outside of work, Sink enjoys spending time with his wife (Meg), their daughter (Raleigh) and their yellow lab (Ella). They are active members of Hope Community Church in Charlotte. Other interests including running, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and anything outdoor adventure related.
