Sink grew up in Rock Hill, SC and has witnessed the greater Charlotte area transform over the past several decades into one the country’s most sought after economic engines and commercial real estate markets for businesses.
Sink joined Selwyn Property Group in early 2020 after seven years with The Nichols Company Commercial Real Estate. While there, he gained invaluable local market experience representing numerous buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords of retail, office, and industrial properties. He has worked with several infill multi-family developers, as well as retailers, to identify sites in emerging growth corridors for ground up development or adaptive reuse of existing structures. His favorite aspects of the business include the relationships formed through working with clients to realize their visions while positively impacting economic growth and long-term community development.
Sink is a member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors and holds real estate licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Outside of work, Sink enjoys spending time with his wife, Meg, their daughter, Raleigh and their yellow lab, Ella. They are active members of Hope Community Church in Charlotte. Other interests including running, road biking, mountain biking, fly fishing and anything outdoor adventure related.
