Selwyn Property Group is developing a 104,700 SF speculative industrial building in Huntersville called Selwyn Northridge. The site is located at 11142 Statesville Road near Interstate 77, and it is expected to delivery in the fourth quarter.
Selwyn Northridge will include 32-foot clear heights, and as many as 30 dock-high doors. The building could be used as either a single-tenant, or multitenant facility with the ability to accommodate users between 23,400 SF and 104,700 SF. Colliers International will market the property for lease.
Pat Pierce and Jon Phillips, both with Selwyn Property Group, are leading up the development team. Other key members of the design and delivery team include: Choate Construction, Thomas & Hutton Engineering and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture.
